All of our tours require a reservation to secure your seat.

Credit card information is required at the time of the
reservation.

Your credit card will not be charged until the day of the tour
as you board the limo coach.

We have a very liberal cancellation policy. If you need to
cancel your tour, there is no penalty if the tour is cancelled
at least 48 hours before your reservation date.

If the tour is cancelled within 48-24 hours before the tour, Texas Wine Tours
will assess a cancellation fee of $25.00 per person.

If the tour is canceled within 24 hours or less or the patron does not arrive to begin the tour, Texas Wine Tours will charge the full amount of the tour per person.

Group/custom tours require a $200.00 non-refundable deposit. Individual cancellation policy does not apply.
